Pandi.pk (The Company) is an online shopping site providing imported products to all Pakistani customers. We cater to the needs of our customers and strive to fulfil all the basic requirements and demands to keep them happy. To avoid any confusions and disappointments related to our company, a set of rules for using Pandi.pk has been laid out, so that our beloved customers can stay free from any sort of future inconveniences. Please note that the terms and conditions policy can change from time to time. 

  1. In order to access Pandi.pk services, newsletters, email updates, and product status, it is important to create an account. The company will not spam you and would just keep you informed about the latest products. You can unsubscribe to the email alerts at any time.
  2. We are not responsible for the losses suffered due to the leaked passwords and account information. It is highly recommended not to give your private information to any third party.
  3. You are solely responsible for your own confidentiality. The steps The Company takes are mentioned in the Privacy Policy.
  4. Please make sure the information you have provided to The Company is accurate.
  5. We do not claim to own any product. The description provided by us comes from the product manufacturer and we totally rely on them. We do not offer guarantee unless the same is provided by the creator or supplier at the risk and cost of the customer.
  6. The applicable methods of payment are mentioned in the Payment Method section. No other payment mode is acceptable. Prices mentioned on our site are non-negotiable. Any tax, duty or costs levied by government or any agency preceding to delivery can be added in the price after import / during delivery procedure.
  7. The suitable condition for the cancellation of any order is clearly mentioned in the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Any cancellation request violating the policy will be rejected.
  8. It is customer’s duty to check the received product and match its specification with the description assigned by the manufacturer. Any delay in filing a complaint will go against the customer and Pandi.pk will not take any responsibility for it. The product should be returned as soon as possible conforming to the Returns and Refunds Policy. We shall process the refunds within 10 working days.
  9. Any dispute taking place between the customer and The Company will be legally dealt with according to the governing laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  10. Pandi.pk will not be held responsible for any delay in shipping caused due to bad weather conditions, labor strikes, political disputes, embargoes, public holidays and other such events.
